Novice Strategy for Double-Hand Poker
Pai Gow Poker is a current game with ancient origins. Founded on the old Chinese tile game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the eastern with the west in an awesome game for starting players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler vs. the house, not like most other poker games that players play against other gamblers. By betting against the dealer, beginning players do not have to be concerned about any other, more knowledgeable players winning their moolla.
An additional Pai Gow advantage is the generally leisurely game pace, rookies can take their time and strategize without needing to make frenzied decisions.
It’s also much simpler to enjoy for an extended time with just a tiny amount of cash since, to not win, both of your hands has to be under both of the houses hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the regular 52-card common deck and a single joker. The player is dealt seven cards face up and the dealer receives 7 cards face down.
One five card hand and one 2 card hand have to be made from the 7 cards dealt, the five card hand has to be stronger than the two card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand values to be better than the houses.
